Leftover Thai Breakfast video

Video Description

Leftovers can be used and used pretty well. I find myself using leftovers in breakfast a lot. I don't remember how this started but it usually works out great. It was amazing how something as subtle as an egg went so well with the flame throwing heat of the leftover Thai I had.

I have a hard time letting leftovers go to waste - they usually end up with an egg in the am for breakfast. If they don't get eaten for breakfast they're on the lunch menu...

Love savouries for breakfast. In Thailand, the Philippines, Laos, Vietnam, etc. make wonderful breakfast fried rice. Left over sushi is great for breakfast-dipped in egg and fried!
