Video Description
The video is of a Thai cooking class with explanations of some common Thai ingredients. The recipes he demonstrates are made 'farang' style not real Thai taste, as he uses only 1 chile which is very boring. Normally Thai cuisine has a balance of hot-sour-salty-sweet and (sometimes bitter in Isan IE Northeast Thailand). None-the-less it is a great introduction to important basic Thai ingredients.Comments
