I think Simon makes a great point. Hawke's Bay is the place to produce top quality Chardonnay. As people discover these delicious wines I think Hawke's Bay will be to Chardonnay what Marlborough has been to Sauvignon Blanc.
It would be interesting if ifood did some more research on Hawke's Bay and the producers there to see what the future holds for this region.
