I've said before that I have too much respect for the food I use to let it go to waste. If I'm not planning on having it for lunch the next day it usually gets thrown with an egg and eaten for breakfast... Here's one example of that...Comments

They really are flexable (eggs that is). I use eggbeaters quite often too. As for the defrosting - yes you are right - I just pulled it out of the fridge to show it on the video... Then it went back into the fridge...

Isn't it amazing how leftovers take on a new life with eggs.
I often use eggbeaters and make an omelette or "skillet" using some leftovers of veggies and or meat.
BTW frozen things defrost well and safely in a sink of ice cold water.
