I had a bacon-avocado-lettuce-mayo on SF Sourdough bread for lunch. Used a big Russian Ox Heart heirloom YUMMMMM
and it never saw a refrigerator!

Actually Sungold is sweeter. It was developed by the Japanese for Brix/sugar.
BTW you should never put tomatoes in the refrigerator it breaks down the sugar!
