If you are sick and tired of eating the same types of boring food day in and day out such as boiled chicken breasts, plain beef, plain fish, turkey, etc... Then a quick and easy way to jazz up those meals is by adding some canned soup and using that as a sauce to go over the top of your food.In this video I'm frying up some lean ground beef, mushrooms, and onions and I put a can of cream of mushroom soup over the top to add some flavor. It makes for a tasty high protein meal and you can make it in just a few minutes.
