I bought some of these Prepara Tri-Blade Peeler as Christmas gifts from QVC, and now I see Sur La Table site has them on sale. They are amazing-to be able to easily peel a tomato, peel carrots, and to juillene with a click of the adjustable blade is awesome-such a time saver.
