Last night I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at The Lodge at Vail's signature restaurant, The Wildflower. Before dinner Executive Chef Rahm Fama treated us to a very enjoyable demonstration on how he makes his fresh mozzarella cheese. I was able to film the presentation with my little Flip cam, so pardon the low-end production value in the video I've posted below.
