I sampled a few different bagels - I have to say every single one of them was nice and crunchy on the outside yet chewy on the inside - I'll be looking for these in the freezer section of my market...

I stopped by the market last night and found some Ray's New York Bagles (whaich are made by Just Bagels) - had one for breakfast and I have to say they're one of the best bagels I've ever had...

Supposedly they use bottled NYC water. Yes smoked Nova Scotia Salmon is great on a Bagel or the Thai style Lox Steve and I make with lemongrass, kaffir lime, cilantro, coriander, gin and tequilla. I have phtos of it step by step must get them posted. It is best when aged and weighted for 8+ weeks. I only use wild salmon or even steelhead.

We have an awesome Bagel Shop locally called Noah's in Walnut Creek, but we also have a super shop right here in Alamo that makes amazing NYC bagels and they are Vietnamese-just goes to show you food is the International language-and that is what iFood.TV is all about.
