Making Naan and Chana video

India has no dearth of great restaurants, but Indian street food still does draw the crowds with basic specialties like sev puri and paapdi chaat. In this video we see one guy making naan whilst the other guy is making a type of spicy Indian chaat.

Cooking in a Kadahi is the same as a wok. Also love a Balti pan have small individual ones. Interesting hisory of the Balti.
