Excellent video with helpful tips for healthy snacking! I find snacking is imperative for me to never get too hungry which is the time most people just eat too much. Planning ahead and premeasuing healthy snacks is very important to ward off temptations when "too hungry" Keeping your blood sugar more level with snacking between main meals is a key to loosing or maintaing your weight. Spicey snacks such as oven baked potato chunks (sweet potato or white), garbanzo beans, green beans, and other veggies is a great way to keep those calories in line. A light spray of olive oil and tossing in flavourful herbs and spices makes a much more satisfying snack. Shanti/Mary-Anne
