Video Description

Fish sausages are traditionally popular in countries such as the Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Malaysia and China but off-late its getting popular in the US too. They go very well with beer. Take a look at the hand rolled cod sausages in the video.

I know they would be great !!! I used to make them a different places I have worked - always used a natural casing - I like links better also !!! And if you know you can chose what fish or use a mixture !!! The Tortilla Guy

Bet these would be awesome stuffed into casings and grilled instead of deep fat frying. I love making sausages. These sound great and I have some lovely smoked paprika. Shanti/Mary-Anne
