Video DescriptionThis is a complete chest workout that myself and Trish did the other day. We hit the chest from all angles and positions. Compound exercises, isolation exercises, stretching, peak contraction, etc. You gotta give this one a try!
Start with a couple light warm up sets for each exercise. Then do 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Rest about 1-2 minutes between sets.
