Pavement food stall at night bazaar, Yangon, Burma (Myanmar) selling bits of broiled pig on a stick - real nose-to-tail eating! (take that Fergus Henderson).

At the end, they charge you by totting up the number of sticks piled up in front of you (bent sticks cost more). Some nefarious people have been known to chuck sticks on the floor and kick them to the side ...

The best bits are the tongue, the tail, the ear and any bit with gristle *grins evilly*.

Don't eat the chilli sauce - never eat the chilli sauce ...

I love to explore street food from different cultures cause thats where you get the REAL taste of the place. I may not eat everything that I see but I find it (like in your video) very fascinating. I love the way they keep a check on how much one has to pay!
