The Burmese love having their own spin on Indian foods and one of their favorites is the flaky bread paratha which they either call palata or that ta-ya ("a hundred layers")

Paratha looks so flakey and soft. I wish I have atleast one paratha right now. I love paratha with goat curry too. Best combo.
