And when Brooklynites think of cheesecake, they always think of the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn, the birthplace of fine cheesecake. This is where Ron Schutte, President of the Brooklyn Cheesecake Company and his staff trace their roots. Very few in the baking industry can boast of this association. Amaretto Cheesecake
Sliced toasted almonds cover the layer of sour cream, which tops the almond flavored cheesecake. Our amaretto cheesecakes are made with the highest quality cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, sugar, and amaretto liquor flavoring. and topped with a sour cream topping and sliced almonds. Our 10 inch cheesecake has the traditional cookie style crust and our 8 inch cheesecake has a graham cracker crust. Cakes are baked to perfection
Pineapple Cheesecake
Sweet chunks of pineapple are blended into our special sauce and spread on top of our New York style cheesecake. Our batter is made with the highest quality cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, sugar and custom blended vanilla flavoring. For our 10 inch cheesecakes the smooth and extra creamy batter is placed into pans lined with our special cookie dough crust and for our 8 inch cheesecakes the batter is poured into pans dusted with graham cracker crumbs
Original NY Cheesecake
Plain… but not ordinary. The highest quality cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, sugar, and special vanilla flavoring are blended until they are the perfect texture. Chocolate Caramel Pecan Cheesecake
This cake combines cheesecake, caramel, milk chocolate and pecans. The finest quality cream cheese, fresh whole eggs, sugar and custom blended vanilla flavoring. The extra creamy batter is placed in pans with pressed devil’s food cake crumb bottoms and topped with caramel, melted milk chocolate and pecans.

These guys have some excellent cheesecake. It was a good foodie show! I had a good time hanging with The Tortilla Guy, tasting all that the show had to offer, taking photos and shooting video. Steve has the touch when it comes to doing interviews! Look for a lot more videos coming soon!
