Is there an Indian dish like the salad rolls? I as wondering as it is a popular style in SE Asia. I would think something like this would be wonderful with Indian fresh herbs and maybe fresh water prawns and chicken or even just veg. Is there a rice paper in India? I don't recall seeing this type of wrapper. Maybe there is a super thin wrapper one could use like a pappadam that would soften when placed in water?
