Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, I moved to Kauai to begin my real estate career in RE/MAX. I became the "Cash Flow King" in 2004 for my main focus in helping investors purchase cash flow properties. The next year, I left Kauai to start my own business: All Star Realty Inc, my own brokerage, and All Star Lending Inc. All offices are located in Kapaa, Hawaii. One year after I purchased Prudential Franchise and transformed All Star Realty into Prudential All Star Realty. Now, I am an avid Real Estate Investor, owning and leasing 14 of my own rental units.
