Cashew Shrimp Salad
MAKING
1. In medium bowl, combine V8 juice, soy sauce, oil, lemon peel and ginger.
2. Put in shrimp, cucumbers, carrot and green onions and toss to coat well.
3. Cover and let it refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours.
