Traditionally, tulasi is taken in many forms: as an herbal tea, dried powder, fresh leaf, or mixed with ghee. Essential oil extracted from Karpoora Tulsi is mostly used for medicinal purposes and in herbal cosmetics. Widely used in skin preparations for its anti-bacterial activity.For centuries, the dried leaves of Tulasi have been mixed with stored grains to repel insects.

In Sri Lanka "Tulsi" is known as "Maduru-thala" and is used as a deterrent to mosquitoes.

In diwali tulsi is decorated with flowers,fruits,lights are put around tulsi plant agarbathi sticks,karpoora and worshiped.

Green chiliesGreen Chiilies are grown in coorg also.when i used to visit to my dad native place(somarapet).I saw my aunt growing greenchillies.they used to put in a big bag and were taking them to market to sell.Green chillies r tied in thread and they'll put on vechiles when they r newly purchased.green chillies r used not only for cooking but for many things.

Store green chillies  in a container in the fridge or in a cool, dry place.Green chillies are very high in vitamin A and C and have more Vitamin C per gram than many oranges. Not all chillies are hot

Meat, Dark green leaves, and of course... Liver!After reading this i told my husband to read this question.he told me this answer.

i can give example of my sons.before my yonger son's nail was flat, haemoglobin was 8.but after having red meat his haemoglobin is 11  his weight has gained,i can say my both kids r looking healthy.i took advise by my husband(paediatrician).

Newborn Jaundice is a common condition in infants. It occurs when there is excess bilirubin in the blood and causes the skin and the whites of the eyes to turn yellow. Bilirubin is a normal pigment produced by the breakdown of red blood cells in the body. It usually passes through the liver and is then excreted in thebaby's stool. But when a baby has jaundice, it means that there is too much bilirubin in the blood. This may be because the baby's developing liver is not yet able to remove the bilirubin from the blood or perhaps the bilirubin is too much for the baby's liver to handle.
