Food is the centerpiece of any party. Food has brought people and communities together since, well, people began eating. That’s part of what makes cooking fun – the reward of enjoying your meal with family and friends. Most of my cooking has centered around outdoor cooking, much of it tailgating thanks to my books and shows. But my love of food comes indoors, too. But, wherever I cook the I still make it simple and fun.
