Who exactly are you? I just want to know a little about your credentials. Did you go to Culinary School or some other sort of food education, or are you just another home cook trying to be the next Racheal Ray? I find your videos are just more of the same ho-hum info and I know for a fact that your turkey recipe that you cover with the cheesecloth is an exact rip-off of Martha Stewart's recipe for "Roasted Turkey 101". It's not cool to rip-off other's hard work.
