History The site was started by a group of bay area foodies who got tired of wasting time on the internet trying to find the right recipe. After crawling through numerous food websites, we realized that they did not cater to our unique needs of: • video based instructions; • health-based requirements; • interactive capabilities to ask questions and clarifications. Sites such as foodnetwork.com and allrecipes.com provide content for the mass market, which, by its very nature, cannot cater to the special interest groups and niche market segments.
