I have been cooking Chinese style cooking for over 30 years. That is Chinese cooking adapted to the American palette. Authentic Chinese cooking is not really likable to Americans. Most people who have eaten "Chinese Food" have eaten the American version of it. My recipes are mostly ones we have experienced from our local "TAKE OUT". BUT some are really authentic recipes, some over a 1000 years old. Chinese cooking was born out of necessity and consists of a little meat and mostly vegetables. (a very healthful way to eat).
