Attila Hildmann has Turkish roots, was born 30 years ago in Berlin, raised by German parents, self-taught, aspiring physicist and come up with unusual ways of vegan cuisine. When his father suffered a heart attack about ten years ago, that was a shock for him. Attila begins to deal intensively with the topic of "healthy eating". He finds out that a high cholesterol has ended his father's life and says the war on cholesterol. The first consequence of the newly acquired knowledge is the rigorous brushing of meat from his diet.
