My name is Christopher Eddy and I am currently the Sous Chef for Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Restaurant in Pasadena, CA. I have been with Roy’s for 4 ½ years and have been a Sous Chef for 2 years. I attended and graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu program at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, CA. Since graduating I have worked for Patina Catering, Wolfgang Puck Catering, Yi Cusine, and Umenohana of Beverly Hills.
