Sujith, has worked with various organisations like Le-meridien, Royal Caribbean, Carnival Cruise lines, JW Marriott desert ridge resort and spa to name a few. Worked his way up and has a passion for perfection. Started his career with Le-meridien were he graduated as a apprentice in catering and food technology, graduated with an assoicates in Culinary arts from the prestegious Culinary Institute of America. He believes every day is a new learning experience.
