Well ...to tell you a little about my self, I was/am still the pampered only-child to my lovely parents. They never coaxed me to learn to cook, and so I never had any experience in the kitchen until I got married in August 2006. I came here to the U.S of A from Hyderabad, India to be with my hubby, armed with a couple of cookbooks by 'sanjeev kapoor' & tonnes of cooking tips & recipes from Mom (she is a great cook). I will never forget the day (Sept- 5, 2006) while hubby dear was at work, I was at home, with a cauliflower in my hand, crying hard because I didn't know what to do with it or even how to cut it. I googled and admist tears rolling down my cheeks, I ended up making a not-so-bad 'Gobi Fry' and so from that day on began my Culinary Journey.
Very soon I realized that I was very interested in cooking. I started creating my own recipes, seeking advices from my folks in India & making small variations to most basic dishes. Through trials and errors I still continue to learn and improve.
