As a foodie who is married to another foodie, we are fortunate to share many of the same interests in food, culture and the world at large. I am passionate about discovering new ideas about food and wine from around the world, especially ideas that are shared by others who have the same passion for life that I share with my wife. I especially love fusion cooking, where the lines between 'defined' food styles are violated, and the cuisine becomes a combination of ingredients and inspiration.
