My name is Richard Blaine and welcome to EZ Cooking here at! I have been cooking since I was thirteen years old and everything I have learned about cooking has come from self education and tried and true practice. I consider myself to be a gourmet home chef and I believe anyone can become a great chef/cook with just a little bit of practice and some basic knowledge and skills. I truly believe that cooking is a way to the inner realms of a persons creativity because there is so much creativity in food, so many ways to go with a recipe.
