I have spent most of my life in the food industry and have had the insane opportunity to work with some of the largest food manufacturers in the world.
My primary focus has always been on the bakery industry where I spent many years assisting in developing concepts for baked goods for major grocery chains as well as food service companies.
Basically, I love to create tasty food from the heart.
I retired my food brokerage company in 2006 and turned my focus to marketing and training others to market their products on the internet. I guess you could say I have become a tech geek in the past few years and love every second of it!
