| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Coarsely chopped walnuts | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted |

Directions
Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 5 minutes.
