Zucchini With Vermouth Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 small zucchini, about 1 1/4 pounds | ||
| Dried thyme | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground black pepper | To Taste | |
| Onion | 1 Large | |
| Dry vermouth | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Scrub zucchini.
Chop onion coarsely.
Saute onion in 3 tablespoons of vermouth for 3 minutes.
Add zucchini and thyme and cook 5 minutes.
Add remaining vermouth; cover and cook about 15 minutes longer, until zucchini is tender.
Season with pepper.
