Zucchini Squash Bake Recipe

Ingredients
2 large zucchini squashes, unpeeled cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 cup canned tomatoes well drained
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
Combine all ingredients except cheese in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low 4 to 5 hours.
Sprinkle with cheese just before serving.
