 Zucchini10 Cup (160 tbs), chopped
 Onions4 Cup (64 tbs), chopped
 Salt5 Tablespoon
 Cider vinegar2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)

 Nutmeg1 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 Tablespoon
 Cornstarch2 Tablespoon
 Celery seed2 Tablespoon
 Pepper1⁄2 Teaspoon

Directions

Grind zucchini and onions; add salt.
Let stand overnight.
Drain; rinse in cold water.
Drain thoroughly.
Add remaining ingredients; cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Seal in sterilized jars.
