Zucchini Packet Recipe
Ingredients
| 6 small zucchini, cut crosswise in 1/4 in. slices | ||
| Onion | 1 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Brown sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef | 1 , crushed | |
| Fennel seed | 1/4 Teaspoon, crushed | |
| 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, cut in pieces | ||
Directions
Put zucchini and onion onto center of a large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, brown sugar, bouillon cube, and fennel seed, then dot with butter.
Wrap and seal.
Cook 20 minutes, or until tender.
