Zucchini Fritti Recipe
Yummy Zucchini Fritti is an amazingly tasty Italian dish. I serve this often for an informal dinner party at home. These crispy and delicious Zucchini Fritti is something you just shouldn’t miss.
Ingredients
| Zucchini | 6 | |
| Water | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Frying Oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
| Salt | 1 To taste |
Directions
Wash zucchini and trim ends.
Cut into sticks 275 cm long and 1/2"/1 cm thick.
Put water in a bowl and gradually whisk in flour until mixture has the consistency of mayonnaise.
Heat oil to 375°F./190°C, or until a cube of bread turns golden brown almost immediately.
Dip zucchini sticks in batter and lower into the oil with a slotted spoon.
When golden on all sides, remove and drain on paper towels.
Continue until all the zucchini is done, then arrange on a heated platter and sprinkle with salt.
