Zucchini, Corn And Tomatoes Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds zucchini, diced or cut into wheels
2 or 3 tomatoes, quartered
1 cup corn off the cob
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Directions
Place ingredients into pressure cooker in order given.
Close cover and set pressure control in place.
When control jiggles gently, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water,
Put in serving dish and dot with butter.
Serve.
