 Zucchini10 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cucumber4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Onions4 Medium
 2 Small Heads Cauliflower, ground
 Water1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt3 Teaspoon
 Vinegar3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Sugar5 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dry mustard11/3 Tablespoon
 Turmeric1 1/3 Tablespoon
 Pepper1 Tablespoon
 Celery seed2 2/3 Tablespoon
 Nutmeg1 1/3 Tablespoon

Directions

Grind the above vegetables.
If using large zucchini, remove seed before grinding.
After you have ground everything, put in large container, add salt and water.
Cover and let stand overnight.
Next morning drain, and add ALL spices and vinegar and sugar.
Bring to a light boil and cook 30 minutes.
Pour into hot sterile jars.
