Easy Zucchini Bread Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 3 | |
| Cooking oil | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Squash zucchini | 3 Cup (48 tbs), grated | |
| Vanilla | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Flour | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1⁄4 Tablespoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cinnamon | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Nuts | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped |
Directions
Beat eggs until light and foamy.
Add next 4 ingredients.
Mix lightly but well.
In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients.
Add flour mixture and blend.
Add nuts.
Put in 2 greased and floured loaf pans and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
Remove from pans immediately and cool on racks.
This bread may be frozen for later use.
