Zucchini-Beef Pie Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 lb. ground beef, sauteed
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. each minced onion and garlic salt
1 tsp. each oregano and salt
Pastry
6 med. zucchinis
1/2 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 peeled tomatoes, sliced
2 tbsp. salad oil
Directions
Saute first 7 ingredients until brown and crumbly.
Set aside.
Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry.
Slice 3 zucchinis into pan; top with half of meat mixture, half of bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese and half of sliced tomatoes.
Sprinkle with oil.
Repeat layers.
Add top crust; brush with milk.
Dust with additional garlic salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
