Ingredients

 Zucchini4 Small
 16 cherry or 4 small tomatoes
 Melted butter
 Gruyere cheese1/3 Cup (16 tbs), grated
 Oregano1/2 Teaspoon, chopped
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Trim zucchini and cut into 4 pieces. Drop into boiling water and cook for 2 minutes. Drain and thread on to skewers alternately with tomatoes. Brush with melted butter and grill under a preheated grill or over glowing coals for about 5 minutes or until golden. Put the grated cheese and oregano on a plate and roll the kebabs in the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately
