Zucchini And Cottage Cheese Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini | 3 Medium, sliced | |
| Onion | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 pound | |
| Basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Saute zucchini and onion in oil.
Whip cottage cheese with basil in blender.
Place alternating layers of zucchini and cheese in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Top with Parmesan.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes.
