| 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1/2 tea spoon dried whole rosemary | ||

Directions
Saute the garlic in the oil, and add the zucchini.
Shake the pan to coat the squash with the oil.
Add the rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Cover, and simmer gently until barely tender, about 6 minutes.
