Zucchini With Fennel Recipe
Ingredients
| Zucchini | 4 Medium, unpeeled | |
| 2 tablespoons olive or other oil | ||
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Fennel seeds | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Red wine vinegar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Scrub zucchini, remove tips, and cut into 1/4 inch slices.
Heat oil in heavy saucepan or skillet.
Add zucchini and saute over moderate heat until shiny and well coated with oil.
Add remaining ingredients, stir well and cover.
Cook gently until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
