Zucchini with Creamy Cheese Topping Recipe

Cook in small amount of boiling salted water until tender, about 10 minutes.
Drain and cool.
Beat eggs with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Roll zucchini in flour, then dip into egg, and fry in hot margarine until browned on both sides.
Put in shallow broiler-proof baking dish and pour sour cream over top.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Put under broiler until golden-brown.
Makes 6 servings.
