 Zucchini21 /2 Pound, thinly sliced
 Corn kernels1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
 1 medium-size onion, chopped
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), pressed
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

A wide frying pan, melt butter over high heat.
Add zucchini, corn, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
Cook, stirring, until vegetables are tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
