Zucchini Wedges Recipe
Ingredients
4 small zucchini
2 tsp margarine
2 tsp onion, grated
1 cube beef bouillon
2 tsp boiling water
Directions
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
Melt margarine in skillet.
Add onion and bouillon cube.
Press bouillon cube against bottom of skillet to crush.
Stir to blend.
Place zucchini cut side down in skillet.
Saute until golden brown; turn.
Add boiling water; cover.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, or until tender.
