Ingredients

 
1 Tbsp. flour
 
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
 
1 tsp. Cinnamon
 
3 cups zucchini cut into 1/4 cubes
 
1/2 cup honey
 
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

Mix flour, lemon peel and cinnamon with zucchini.
Stir in honey and lemon juice.
Spoon into greased 8" square pan.
