 Sugar1 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Instant minced onion1 Tablespoon (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Prepared mustard2 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Garlic salt1/2 Teaspoon (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Pepper1 Dash (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Water1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)
 Zucchini - 4 cups bias-sliced
 Celery - 1 cup bias-sliced
 Tomatoes2 (Salad Oil - 2 tablespoons)

Directions

MAKING
1) In medium skillet, add first 8 ingredients. Stir the mixture together.
2) Stir in water and vinegar.
3) Cook stir in between until thick and bubbly.
4) Add zucchini and celery. Mix well.
5) Cook covered stirring occasionally for 7 to 8 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
6) Mix tomatoes.
7) Cook covered for 2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve warm.
